Understanding our policy

We understand that circumstances can arise that require changes or cancellations to your order. As

our products are made fresh and often customized, we have cancellation policies to ensure fairness

for both our customers and our business.

• Custom Cookie orders: Because decorated cookie orders are extremely custom, we can only allow a

cancellation up to two days after an order is placed. Any cancellation after two days will result

in no refund unless it is an extreme circumstance and even then, there will be a 50% cancellation

fee.

• Custom orders: For custom orders, including cakes, cupcakes, and other specialty items we

require a minimum of 5 days’ notice for cancellations or changes.

• Late Cancellations/Changes: Cancellations made outside the allotted time will not get a refund.

Any Changes made to the original order outside the allotted time will be subject to an additional

fee.

• Standard Products: For standard baked goods (e.g., cookies, pastries, etc.), we require a 2-day

notice of cancellation or change. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any orders cancelled.

• Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to

availability. A rescheduling fee of 25% may apply if the new date is within 5 days of the original

order date, subject to availability.
